Common Entrance Test

We are providing coaching for the common entrance test to get admission in the following courses:

MSc in Physics

Integrated Ph.D program in Physics (M.Sc. + Ph.D)

MSc in Astronomy & Astrophysics

Integrated Ph.D program in Astronomy and Astrophysics  (M.Sc. + Ph.D)

Eligibility Criteria :

Candidates should have a B.Sc degree with Physics having a minimum of 55% marks.

Entrance Exams :

There are entrance examinations for getting admission in the above courses

IIT-JAM :

DUET : Delhi University Entrance exam for Physics is taken in June for which application forms are available from April.

CUCET : Central Universities Common Entrance Test is an exam taken by eight central Indian universities. Application forms are available online from April and the exam happens in May.

NITTET : The entrance examination in the National Institute of Technology is conducted in June. Application forms are available from April and the exam happens in May. The entrance examination paper has 100 to 150 multiple choice and cross-matching questions. The duration of the examination is 2.5 to 3 hours. Candidates are negatively marked for wrong answers.

Course Duration : 

The MSc course is completed in 2 years. It has a semester system that is distributed annually and the course is therefore divided into 4 semesters. Integrated Ph.D program takes 6 years.
